What we can work on

You do not need to have everything figured out

Sometimes people know exactly what brought them to therapy. At other times, there is only a sense of unease, exhaustion or a situation they have not been able to resolve alone. We can begin from any of these points.

01

Couples therapy in English

Recurring conflict, communication difficulties, changes in family life, and moments when talking without support has become too difficult.

02

Relationships with narcissistic people

Romantic, family, professional or friendship dynamics marked by control, belittling, manipulation, or persistent doubt about your own perception.

03

Substance use and dependence

Alcohol and other drug use, its impact on everyday life and relationships, and possible paths of care for the person and their family.

04

Burnout and depression

Exhaustion, loss of interest, isolation, and periods when work, decisions or simply getting through the day require too much effort.

05

Crises and life transitions

Adolescents and adults facing change, new beginnings, growing independence, or experiences that are still difficult to understand and put into words.

Jungian therapy online

In therapy, there is no rush to reach a conclusion — and no ready-made answer that fits everyone.

My clinical approach is Jungian

This means I do not begin with a fixed idea of who you should be. We talk about your history, your relationships, and how emotions, thoughts, sensations and intuitions show up in your life.

We also pay attention to choices and situations that keep returning — not to force a quick explanation, but to understand what they may reveal about the moment you are living through and the directions you can build.

Ask about the process

Diversity and respect

You can bring your whole self

Here, feeling welcome is not a generic promise. It means making room to understand your experience on its own terms.

People of different identities, beliefs, cultures, political views and ways of living are welcome. References from nerd, geek and other subcultures can also be part of the conversation — without assumptions or judgment.

LGBTQIAPN+

Identity, orientation and relationships can be discussed with respect.

Beliefs and non-belief

Faith, spirituality, religion — or their absence — can be part of your story.

Cultures and subcultures

Origins, communities and references that help shape who you are.

Different worldviews

Your convictions are heard through the meaning they hold in your life.

About Francisco

In clinical practice since 2009

I earned my Psychology degree at UFRGS, with postgraduate training in Jungian Clinical Psychology and Mental Health and Care Networks, as well as a master's degree in Public Health from Unisinos.

I have worked with individuals, couples and families in private practice and in public health and education services. This experience taught me to consider not only what someone feels, but also their history, relationships, body and the practical conditions in which they live.

Aikidô

A path of practice, teaching and research

I hold a 3rd Dan in Aikido through Kobukai. In 2016, I founded Yama Dojô, where I serve as coordinator and head instructor.

Aikido also became part of my academic work. In my master's research in Public Health, I explored its relationship with self-care, subjectivity and mental health.

Years of practice and teaching have deepened my interest in presence, attention, discipline and the ways we respond to conflict — themes that run through my personal and professional formation.

Frequently asked questions

A few questions before beginning

If your question is not answered here, you are welcome to send me a message. The first contact is also a space for that.

What happens in the first conversation?

Our first contact is a chance to understand what you are looking for, answer questions about the process and check availability. You do not need to arrive with everything organised.

Are sessions in person or online?

Both formats are available. In-person sessions take place in Canela, within easy reach of Gramado. Online therapy is available to people in Brazil and abroad, depending on the ethical and clinical conditions of each case.

Can therapy be conducted in English or Spanish?

Yes. Francisco works with adults in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Using the language in which you can express yourself most naturally may be especially important for international clients and Brazilians living abroad.

What does a Jungian approach mean?

It is an approach that takes each person's singular history, conflicts, dreams, symbols and recurring patterns seriously. The work does not reduce your experience to a label.
